Anxiety. Fear. Feeling the worst case scenario. These feelings were commonplace for me. Until I become aware of how I was thinking and therefore feeling, it was harder for me to feel positive.

In today’s recording, I am sharing with you my experience on how becoming aware and conscious of my unconditioned thoughts created more space, choice and cultivation opportunities within my own life. I also share my key affirmations that kept me clear from the outside distractions and allowed for more freedom and opportunity.
