This week I am talking about cultivating a mindset of gratitude and joy. There is tremendous power in gratitide. When we are able to practice gratitude on a regular basis, tremendous joy ensues.
In this talk, I share with you my story of how I brought gratitude into my life, the steps I took and where I started seeing the moments of peace and joy as a result of these simple practices. These are easy steps that can be done almost anywhere and will assist you to open up to joy, even on dark days.
